Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility & Periods
Because sensitive microcontrollers, chips, and custom PCBs can be easily destroyed by incorrect polarities, overvoltage, static discharge, or soldering errors, we enforce a strict return policy:
- Returns are accepted only for items that are received defective, damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was delivered.
- You must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of parcel delivery to report any issue.
- A clear, uncut **unboxing video** showing the package opening and the damage is strictly mandatory for validation.
2. Refund Timelines & Replacement
Once your request is approved, we will typically issue a **replacement** at no additional cost. If a replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund to your original payment method (Razorpay online payment) within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to initiate a bank transfer. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment mistake was from our end.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc.).
- Development boards, sensors, and microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi Pico, etc.).
- PCBs manufactured to custom Gerber file specifications.
- Any item that has been **soldered, programmed, altered, or modified**.
- Products showing physical damage from user wiring, reverse-polarity connection, or overvoltage.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. To request a cancellation:
- Send a WhatsApp message directly to +91-7579530412.
- State your **Order ID** and the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the status changes to packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
