• You agree not to use this platform for any illegal actions or to violate any local, national, or international laws.
• Any unauthorized attempts to bypass security, distribute malware, or access administration endpoints are strictly prohibited and will lead to prosecution.

2. Product Information & Gerber Design files

We specialize in electronic components, microcontrollers, and custom PCB manufacturing.

• Product Descriptions: We aim for complete accuracy. However, component colors, pin dimensions, or branding labels may vary slightly based on supplier batches.
• Gerber Specifications: For PCB manufacturing, it is your responsibility to upload accurate Gerber design files. We manufacture boards strictly based on these design files. We are not responsible for design defects, shorts, or circuit routing errors present in your uploaded Gerber files.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). We are currently a startup not registered under GST; therefore, all prices are net totals, and only non-GST retail invoices are issued. Prices are subject to updates based on supply-chain and global component availability.

4. Payments & Verification

Online orders are processed securely via the Razorpay Standard Checkout integration. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require manual review and verification by our administration panel. We reserve the right to cancel orders that raise security alerts or have incomplete shipping information.

5. Intellectual Property

All website code, UI graphics, logos, and custom tutorial layouts are the intellectual property of TechMedic Electronics. The schematics, layout properties, and Gerber files you upload for PCB manufacturing remain your exclusive property; we only process them to manufacture your ordered circuit boards.

6. Limitation of Liability & Component Safety

Sensitive electronic microcontrollers, development boards, and components can be easily damaged by ESD (electrostatic discharge), incorrect polarity wiring, overvoltage, short circuits, or incorrect soldering.

• We are not liable for any damages, personal injuries, or equipment failures resulting from component misuse, incorrect soldering, or wiring mistakes.
• We do not offer warranties for chips or modules once they are soldered, programmed, or integrated into your circuit systems.
