Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All standard component orders and manufacturing requests are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that custom PCB manufacturing requires technical review of Gerber files, which is completed during this processing window. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timeframes depend on your location within our shipping zone:
🏢 Metro Cities
Typically delivered within 3 to 6 business days post dispatch.
📦 Other Regions
Typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days post dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of ₹99 for standard component orders. This helps cover packaging materials to protect fragile microcontrollers and chips. For heavy bulk orders, custom quotes, or specific shipping priorities, charges will be dynamically calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery Partners
To ensure safe transit of sensitive components, we partner with reliable logistics providers:
- DTDC (Express Courier Network)
- Delhivery (E-commerce Logistics)
- India Post / Speed Post (For rural and remote PIN codes)
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, we will send an email and WhatsApp alert containing your active **Tracking ID** and a link to trace the parcel. You can also view your shipment updates under the **"My Orders"** tab on our website.
6. Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, transit delays may occasionally occur due to inclement weather, logistics backlogs, or holiday seasons. If your delivery is delayed by more than 12 days, please reach out to us at engineers@techmedicelectronics.com with your Order ID.
